EAGAN, Minn. — The Vikings (9-2) on Saturday elevated tight end Nick Muse and cornerback Nahshon Wright from Minnesota's practice squad for Sunday's Week 13 game against the Arizona Cardinals (6-5). Muse had quite the week. He was activated from Injured Reserve on Nov. 23 to the 53-man roster and played at Chicago in Week 12, appearing on six snaps on offense and 12 on special teams after returning from a hand injury in Week 2. The 2022 seventh-round pick turned 26 on Tuesday, but the Vikings needed to place him on waivers to free up a roster spot. After clearing waivers, Muse re-signed with Minnesota. The move opens a 21-day evaluation window for Muse, who was placed on short-term Injured Reserve on Sept. 18 after sustaining what Head Coach Kevin O'Connell described as a "small fracture" in his hand. The injury occurred in Minnesota's Week 2 win over San Francisco. Muse stayed in the game and successfully fielded an onside kick by the 49ers to send the Vikings into victory formation.
