NFL Points by Day of the Week 2024
Here are the total points scored by day of the week for the NFL 2024 season. If we ignore Wednesday, Friday and Saturday, which have few data points, the most striking statistic is that 2024 NFL Monday games averaged 4-5 more points per game than NFL Sundays and Thursdays. Maybe this is the extra rest for teams or it could be that NFL Monday night games tend to be stronger teams.
