The Miami Dolphins quarterback -- son of former Palmyra basketball coach Brad Thompson and a Palmyra, Missouri, native -- is no longer a member of the team's roster after his practice squad contract ran out, according to a post made on social media by NFL Network's Tom Pelissero on Monday morning, Now a free agent, Thompson is free to sign with any team — including those still in the NFL Playoffs.
