Dallas wide receiver Jonathan Mingo is likely to start the season on injured reserve because of a sprained posterior cruciate ligament in his right knee. Cowboys wide receiver Jonathan Mingo said Monday he was awaiting results of a MRI exam to reveal the extent of a ligament injury in his knee. Mingo said he injured the knee while catching a sideline pass in Saturday's second preseason game, a loss to Baltimore. Mingo said when he got to the huddle for the next play he could feel the knee acting up. Whenever Cowboys fans and media members mention the void of a fourth-round pick in the draft, which in some cases is a starter or a player with tremendous upside, Mingo's name is mentioned.
