Not when the Sox' best option against the switch-hitting Jose Ramirez was lefthander Cam Booser in the eighth inning of a one-run game favoring Cleveland. Ramirez led off the home half of the eighth with a home run to right field, tomahawking a 98-miles-per hour Booser offering.
